Dear Parents,

We have just completed our 4^th six weeks of school already.  The students and teachers are working very hard every day.  Our students are progressing academically but we still have a lot of work to do in a very short time frame.

The fifth grade students will be presenting their IB Exhibition Projects next  Wednesday during Texas Public School Week.  The fourth graders have been working diligently on their writing compositions in preparation for the TAKS Writing Test.  Be sure to check out our website to see samples of compositions from each fourth grade class.

Continue to encourage your child/children to read at home, practice their math facts and use their imagination to write creative stories.   The extra practice at home will help them improve their skills at school.  Respect and discipline are very important, please talk to your child/children about the importance of making appropriate choices at school.
